These terms govern your use of the GomaTeTi website, applications, memberships, bookings, vehicle-care coordination, tire storage, pickup, delivery, and related services. By creating an account or placing a booking, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update your contact details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized access to us.
2. Bookings and access
A booking is accepted when it appears as confirmed in your account. Requested times may change because of capacity, weather, traffic, safety, or vehicle condition. You must provide safe, lawful access to the vehicle and tell us about access restrictions or known hazards.
3. Vehicles and tires
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request work on it. Tire condition, identifying codes, storage location, service photos, and signatures may be recorded to operate the service. We may decline unsafe, illegal, incompatible, or materially misdescribed work.
4. Prices, memberships, and payment
Prices, billing interval, included services, and any trial are shown before purchase. Third-party payment providers may process card or bank payments. Taxes, extra work, late cancellation charges, or other fees apply only when disclosed and accepted or otherwise permitted by law.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel eligible bookings or memberships through your account. Completed work, third-party fees, and legally non-refundable charges remain payable. Stored property must be collected within the period shown during cancellation; contact us if you need assistance.
6. Communications
We may send transactional notices necessary to operate bookings, payments, security, and storage. Optional marketing requires your choice and can be turned off in account preferences or through the instructions in a message.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security or capacity, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent bookings, scrape protected data, or use the service for unlawful activity.
8. Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for direct loss caused by its breach, negligence, or misconduct. We are not responsible for indirect loss or events reasonably outside our control. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
10. Changes and contact
