We may collect your name, email, phone number, preferred language, account identifiers, addresses, vehicle and tire details, bookings, membership and payment status, service photos or signatures, support messages, communication preferences, and technical security logs. Payment providers handle full payment credentials under their own policies.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts; schedule and deliver services; manage storage and capacity; process payments; send requested transactional updates; provide support; prevent fraud; meet legal duties; and improve reliability. Optional marketing is used only with an appropriate legal basis and preference.
Who receives it
Information is shared only as needed with authorized staff, assigned technicians, warehouses, hosting and database providers, payment processors, mapping tools, and communications providers. Depending on configured services, these may include Supabase, Vercel, Paysera, OneFor, Twilio, WhatsApp, Viber, Google, Microsoft, or Apple. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside Kosovo. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, or legal safeguards and limit the information shared.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, active storage or bookings, dispute handling, security, and legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. Data that no longer needs to identify you may be deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, authentication, logging, and provider safeguards. No system is risk-free, so contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights
